  2. We read you, we reply

    Every application gets a reply. If the profile fits, a first thirty-minute conversation, by video or on site.

  3. A meeting, then a decision

    A concrete case tied to the position, a meeting with the team, and a quick answer, both ways.

Where do we work?

The location and working mode are stated on each position. They are open to discussion: what counts is what you deliver and how easily we work together.

Do I need to speak Arabic or Darija?

Kloufi understands French, Arabic, Darija and Tifinagh, and so do its users. French is enough to work; Arabic and Darija are an asset, especially for sales positions.

What about pay?

Depending on the position and your profile, discussed from the first conversation. Sales staff have a fixed salary and a variable part on signed deals.

What happens to my application?

It is kept for the duration of the recruitment, in our internal tool, by the hiring team. You can ask for it to be erased at any time at [email protected].
