Filters that speak your language: wilaya, price, brand, floor area

A good filter beats ten pages of scrolling. For each market, Kloufi offers the filters people actually use in Algeria, and keeps your choices in the page address.

The filters of each market

  • Property: for sale or to rent, type of property (flat, villa, land, commercial premises…), wilaya (province) or commune, price, floor area, number of rooms.
  • Cars: brand and model, year, mileage, fuel (petrol, diesel, LPG), gearbox, price, location, for export or not.
  • Electronics and home appliances: category, brand, condition (new or used), storage, price, location.
  • Jobs: job offers or job seekers, field, level, wilaya, salary.

Location, the way you say it

Type a wilaya (“Oran”, “وهران”, “Wahran”), a commune (“Bir El Djir”, “Bab Ezzouar”) or a neighbourhood. Kloufi knows all 58 wilayas and more than a thousand communes with their common spellings, and finds the place even when the listing does not write it the same way.

One address per search

Every filtered search has its own address: kloufi.com/dz/immobilier/location/appartement/oran, for example. Copy it into WhatsApp, bookmark it in your browser, come back tomorrow: the filters are still there.

Frequently asked questions

Why do some listings have no wilaya?

A few sites do not state the location in a readable way. Kloufi recovers it from the address or the text when possible; otherwise the listing stays visible, without a location filter.

Can I combine several values?

Yes: several property types, several fuels, several conditions at once. Price, floor-area and year ranges are set with a minimum and a maximum.

Are prices in dinars?

Yes. Amounts that advertisers quote in millions or billions of centimes (a common Algerian habit: one million centimes is 10,000 DA) are converted to dinars so that filters remain comparable.
