Job Opening: Sales Representative Company Name: Sarl Progress Plast Location: Oran Market Industry: Slipper & Footwear Manufacturing (Based in Boumerdas) About Us Sarl Progress Plast is a leading slipper manufacturing company headquartered in Boumerdas. As part of our continuous expansion into the Oran market, we are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and expand our client base within the Oran region. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesale and retail clients. • Identify new market opportunities and achieve sales targets. • Handle client inquiries, present product catalogues, and negotiate terms. Candidate Requirements • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is mandatory. • Experience: Previous sales experience is a strong plus (fresh graduates with high motivation are also welcome to apply). • Personal Traits: • Enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing personality. • Hardworking, resilient, and dedicated. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy and initiative. Compensation & Benefits • Salary during probation: 50,000 DZD • Salary after probation: Around 70,000 DZD (details to be discussed during the interview). • Interview: Specific terms and working conditions will be discussed in person.
