The role involves handling customer inquiries, researching products on Chinese wholesale platforms, calculating prices, closing sales, and organizing confirmed orders. Main Responsibilities Handle customer messages and phone calls via WhatsApp. Search for products on Alibaba, 1688, and other Chinese wholesale platforms. Compare suppliers, product specifications, prices, and minimum order quantities. Calculate accurate prices based on product costs and applicable shipping expenses. Communicate quotations clearly and professionally to customers. Follow up with potential customers, handle objections, and close deals. Collect order details and organize confirmed purchases. Maintain accurate records of quotations, customers, and orders. Required Qualifications Female candidate with a university degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical/scientific field. Good written and spoken English is essential. Strong computer skills and excellent internet research abilities. Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms, and digital communication tools. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, responsive, trustworthy, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, customer service, or product sourcing is an advantage. Mandatory Working Conditions Full availability for the position, with no ongoing studies, side job, or regular commitments that conflict with working hours. Work entirely from home in a quiet and suitable environment. Must have a reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
