Screen candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and soft skills. Shortlist and present top candidates to clients, ensuring the best match for each role. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT and/or executive search recruitment. Proven success in managing recruitment processes and delivering results. Strong knowledge of IT and/or business industries. Mastery of headhunting techniques and advanced recruitment methodologies.
