Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Oran, Algeria Company: Sarl Progress Plast (Boumerdas-based Footwear/Slipper Manufacturer) About Us We are a growing footwear manufacturing company based in Boumerdas, specializing in the production of high-quality slippers. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to lead our sales initiatives and grow our customer base in Oran. Who We Are Looking For We want a natural communicator who is cheerful, approachable, and outgoing. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and willing to put in the hard work to achieve results. While you are ambitious and energetic, you also possess a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to your work, ensuring that customer relationships and orders are managed flawlessly. Key Requirements • Age: 23 to 40 years old. • Language Skills: Proficient in English (Arabic/French are assumed for the local market). • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be confident driving. • Personality Traits: Optimistic, enthusiastic, and driven by a strong work ethic. • Work Style: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. • Previous experience in sales, distribution, or retail is highly preferred. What You Will Do • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Oran region. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers and distributors. • Manage orders, track sales targets, and handle customer inquiries with attention to detail. • Represent our Boumerdas factory with professionalism and a positive attitude.
